The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) who provides oversight on matters related to employment issues for employers that are federal contractors has just announced that the Contractor Portal for the Affirmative Action Program for the next certification period of April 1, 2024 through July 1, 2024 has been opened. Contractors will be expected to certify their 2024 AAPs during the period listed. The certification is required by federal contractors to certify that they have developed and maintained an AAP as required.
If you are a new contractor, you have 120 days to develop your AAP. You must then register and certify your compliance on the portal within 90 days of the development of the AAP.
