Jill has worked as an HR Professional for more than 20 years and is the President and Owner of Southwestern HR Consulting, as well as the Co-Owner of Maximum Reports – a local background check company supporting Tribal entries and much more. She has worked to compile a dynamic team of consultants with specialists in all facets of HR across industries while maintaining the highest level of certification credentials available to HR professionals. Jill and her team have not only served organizations in New Mexico, but have spanned across 18 states and 4 countries supporting each unique client to become compliant, consistent, and documented in their daily HR practices. Jill is the driving force behind SWHRC and constantly supports clients and her consultants to work to Keep HR Simple!
Magdalena Vigil-Tullar | MBA, SHPR, SHRM-SCP, CLRP
Magdalena has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources in both the private and public sector. With 20 years of experience working in labor and employee relations in a State of New Mexico Educational institution, she has extensive experience in de-escalation between labor and management and creating written agreements between all parties in employment situations. Mediation is a specialty of Magdalena’s which enables her to keep our clients at ease during those stressful workplace situations!
Stephanie Kohler | SHRM-SCP
Stephanie is an accomplished professional with experience in all aspects of Human Resources, including employee relations, conducting investigations, and providing training opportunities specifically to tackle diversity, equity, and inclusion. Stephanie works closely alongside our clients so that she is able to adapt to their unique organizational culture and truly provide them with tailored support services!
Alyssa Brodsky | MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Alyssa is a well-rounded Human Resource Professional with experience in a multitude of HR functions. She has expertise in both State and Federal Law compliance, conducting comprehensive HR audits, developing and running new hire orientation and onboarding processes, providing training opportunities for employees, and recruitment practices from the first stages of job description creation to writing the offer letters. Alyssa is supportive of our clients in all areas of employment and can get your team on their way to achieving great things!

Perri is an experienced HR Consultant that is committed to providing businesses with effective and efficient Human Resources support by developing partnerships to meet the company’s unique and individual needs. She has expertise in the realms of conducting investigations, developing comprehensive handbooks, I-9 Compliance, and recruiting high-performing team members in order to support teams in success. A bachelor’s and master’s graduate from Anderson School of Management at UNM, Perri is devoted to the small business communities in Albuquerque, across New Mexico, and beyond!
