OFCCP AAP Portal

If you are a federal contractor, you know that there are a variety of terms and conditions that come with this role. Current contractors were required to register on June 30, 2022, through the Office of Federal Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Contractor Portal to certify their Affirmative Action Plan’s compliance with regulations. While the OFCCP has not extended the June 30, 2022, deadline for completing this process, the Department of Labor (DOL) signified that employers who have not done so will be “more likely to appear on the OFCCP’s scheduling list” for an audit than those who registered and certified in a timely manner. They have also stated that “contractors that have not certified compliance by September 1, 2022, will be included on a list provided to federal agency contracting officers” to educate them on the process.

If you have not yet registered, it isn’t too late. Below are links to the user guide and frequently asked questions. If you have additional human resources obligations whether through contracts, grants, or because of your designation as a particular type of employer and need assistance in staying current with the requirements, contact us today at SWHRC.com.
