Next year is right around the corner. In preparation to hit the ground running, below is a reminder regarding this year’s State of New Mexico legislative session. The legislative session officially opens on January 16, 2024. This year is a short session which ends on February 15, 2024. Legislation may be prefiled from January 2, 2024 to January 12, 2024.
