The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) recently sent a reminder to federal contractors to “certify compliance with Affirmative Action Programs (AAP) requirements…” The portal will be open beginning March 31st and federal contractors must certify their compliance by June 29, 2023. Anyone who has either not certified on the portal or who signifies they do not have their AAP are highly likely to receive a scheduling letter.
New contractors have 120 days to develop their AAP and must register and certify compliance within 90 days of developing the AAP. The OFCCP plans to post a pre-recorded webinar on their Contractor Portal landing page about the process by March 29, 2023. In addition, instructions are also listed on:
