At Southwestern HR Consulting (SWHRC) we can customize this training to the needs of your management team and to your organizational needs. Dependent on the needs, we can build out management training sessions in two to four hour sessions, conducted at one time or as a series of trainings. We cover important elements such as managing up, communications and how the brain works under pressure, resolving conflict, and having a strategic mindset in addition to other important management traits.
